D’Eon Oyster Company is a family business who manages 50 acres of oyster growing space. Each oyster is grown on the surface of the water with floating culture technology. Once the product reaches market size it is brought to their state of the art off-grid processing barge. This barge is completely run off of solar energy and uses vision grading technology to size each oyster
From there the oysters are brought into a controlled wet storage system to validate quality. Each oyster is then hand packed by experienced employees in a federally registered processing facility which allows for worldwide shipping.
