Our 8 oz Peppered Hot Smoked Salmon begins with sustainably raised Salmon from Sustainable Blue’s state-of-the-art Recirculating Aquaculture (RAS) facilities in Centre Burlington, Nova Scotia. The hot smoked salmon is wet brined in our signature sweet and salty brine and then hot smoked to perfection with natural maple and birch wood chips sourced from the same sustainably managed woodlot long favored by local fish smoking legends.
This product is Ocean Wise recommended. Keep frozen. To thaw, remove packaging, thaw under refrigeration (<4 degrees).
