- Our Jonah Crab is sourced from Captain Dan’s in New Brunswick – they value sustainable management practices and are dedicated to safeguarding the environment.
- Our Half Shell Scallops are sourced from Labrador Gem. Their Bay and Sea scallops are caught in the pristine north Atlantic Ocean. All products from Labrador Gem are wild or diver caught, sustainably fished and fully traceable from the time they are harvested.
- Our Black Tiger Shrimp are sourced from Selva, and are naturally raised in the mangrove forests by small scale farmers in southern Vietnam. Selva Shrimp are sustainably caught by net and immediately put on ice to preserve freshness.
- Our Oysters are from ShanDaph Oysters, located on Big Island Nova Scotia. ShanDaph is the only solar powered oyster farm in Atlantic Canada. By completing the growth process suspended in the rich tidal waters of Big Island, ShanDaph ensures optimum growth conditions from the time they are set at less than a millimetre in size, to harvest at over 76 millimetres in size. The total process takes between three to five years.
