Scout Dill Trout with Sauce Gribiche on Toast Serves 2-3Prep Time 10min This recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for a camping trip! Our team member Kerry Melanson went camping this summer and brought along some Scout Canning goods to ensure they got their fish fix, even on the go!
Ingredients 1 Can of Scout dill trout 3 Slices of toast of choice 2 Boiled and finely diced eggs 1 tbsp Finely diced dill pickles 1 tbsp Finely diced shallots Chopped fresh dill to taste Step 1 For the sauce gribiche, add all of your chopped ingredients in a bowl. Add the mayo, dill, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 3 Add Scout dill trout on top of the toast and sauce. Add sliced cucumber and radish to garnish (optional).
