Air Fryer Salmon Bowls
- Serves 2
- Prep Time 15
This crispy salmon bowl is quick, easy, and delicious! Prep your rice and veggies in advance and create this dish in under 10 minutes. Recipe makes two servings, double it for a family!
Ingredients
Dry off salmon fillets with a paper towel and slice in 1” chunks. In a bowl, toss salmon in olive oil and spices (paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper).
Add salmon chunks to the air fryer at 350ºF and cook for 3 minutes. Flip salmon chunks and cook for another 3 minutes or until desired crispiness. If you do not have an air fryer, I suggest pan-frying over medium heat until cooked through.
Mix together the mayo, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce with cooked rice. Divide between two bowls and top with your favourite chopped veggies, and drizzle with spicy mayo.
Optionally, you can jazz up your dish by adding salmon roe (cured), shredded dried seaweed, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
