This Yellowfin tuna belly from Galicia, Spain is combined with sweet red piquillo peppers and packed in extra virgin olive oil. The tuna belly is a fattier part of the tuna, making it succulent and tender. It comes in large flakes making it easy to serve.
This tuna goes really well in a crunchy, green salad with a sharp vinaigrette, as the peppers give it some additional interest.
