Wild Albacore Tuna frozen loin is troll-caught by the FV Cold Fish, off the coast of Vancouver Island, BC by Fraser MacDonald of Howe Sound Seafood. These tuna loins are popular for sushi and seared tuna rice bowls.
Each portion is roughly 8 oz and individually vacuum packed after flash-freezing to maintain optimal quality.
