Fresh Kelp

Fresh, hand harvested, cultivated kelp from the cold waters of the South Shore, NS. This is a new product to us and collaboration with Peter Darnell from Indian Point Marine Farm and the Ecology Action Centre. Curious to learn more about farming seaweed? Check out the EAC’s “Kelp Kurious” program! Kelp is packed fresh in 1 lb bags. Blanching it for a minute or less will turn it bright green!
