Rainbow Trout (1lb)

Rainbow trout meat is mild, with a delicate, nutty flavor. The flesh is tender, flaky and soft. When the meat is cooked, it has a delicate flake and the color pales. Delicious when baked or grilled with garlic butter. Rainbow trout is packed with protein and essential Omega-3 fatty acids, as well as potassium.
