Scout Dill Trout with Sauce Gribiche on Toast Serves 2-3 Prep Time 10min
This recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for a camping trip! Our team member Kerry Melanson went camping this summer and brought along some Scout Canning goods to ensure they got their fish fix, even on the go!
Ingredients 1 Can of Scout dill trout 3 Slices of toast of choice 2 Boiled and finely diced eggs 1 tbsp Finely diced dill pickles 1 tbsp Finely diced shallots Chopped fresh dill to taste Step 1
For the sauce gribiche, add all of your chopped ingredients in a bowl. Add the mayo, dill, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients together.
Add Scout dill trout on top of the toast and sauce. Add sliced cucumber and radish to garnish (optional).
