1lb frozen haddock fillets from L.J. Robicheau and Son Fisheries Ltd. in George’s Bank, Nova Scotia. They are harvested using bottom trawling. The fillets are boneless, skinless, and frozen as soon as they reach land to preserve the freshness. This product is Ocean Wise recommended.

Haddock is rich in several B vitamins which improves the nervous and digestive systems. As a member of the cod family, this fish has white, flaky meat. Perfect for fish cakes and chowder. They also taste great simply pan-fried with garlic and butter!
