1lb and 3 lb bags of haddock pieces from George’s Bank, Nova Scotia by L.J. Robicheau and Son Fisheries Ltd. The haddock are caught by bottom trawling and come to us Individually Quick Frozen (IQF). This product is Ocean Wise recommended.
Haddock is rich in several B vitamins which improves the nervous and digestive systems. As a member of the cod family, this fish has white, flaky meat. These are perfect for fish cakes or seafood chowder!
