10-Minute Air Fryer Salmon Bowls with Sriracha Mayo

Looking for a quick, flavourful, and protein-packed meal? These 10-Minute Air Fryer Salmon Bowls with Sriracha Mayo are the perfect solution! Featuring crispy, tender salmon, spicy sriracha mayo, and fresh veggies over rice, this easy seafood recipe is packed with bold flavours. With just a few simple ingredients and an air fryer, you can have a delicious and nutritious meal on the table in no time. Whether you’re meal prepping or making a quick weeknight dinner, this salmon bowl recipe is sure to be a favourite.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Sustainable Blue Atlantic Salmon (2x8oz)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Cooked rice or grain of choice
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Veggies of your choice (we recommend avocado, cucumber, carrot)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Directions

  1. Dry off salmon fillets with a paper towel and slice in 1” chunks. In a bowl, toss salmon in olive oil and spices (paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper).
  2. Add salmon chunks to the air fryer at 350ºF and cook for 3 minutes. Flip salmon chunks and cook for another 3 minutes or until desired crispiness. If you do not have an air fryer, I suggest pan-frying over medium heat until cooked through.
  3. Mix together the mayo, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce with cooked rice. Divide between two bowls and top with your favourite chopped veggies, and drizzle with spicy mayo.
  5. Optionally, you can jazz up your dish by adding salmon roe (cured), shredded dried seaweed, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
