It’s HERE! We’re so excited to introduce you to the latest member of our smoked salmon family. Made with a Korean chili spice, our Gochugaru smoked salmon is bursting with flavour and sure to leave you craving for more.
The Sustainable Blue Atlantic Salmon is first cured with salt, cane sugar and brown sugar and then tossed in a gochugaru and paprika spice blend. After soaking up all those delicious flavors, the salmon is both cold smoked and hot smoked right in our in-house smoker.
This product is ready to eat straight from the package. Simply thaw overnight in the refrigerator or submerge the sealed bag in a bowl of cool water. Great as a tasty snack, over a bed of rice or even in sushi. Sold in 6 oz packs for $8/pack.
