Smoky Shrimp Tacos with Lime Yogurt Slaw

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Coldwater Shrimp (frozen, cooked)
- 8 Corn Tortillas
- 2 cups Cabbage Slaw
- 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 cup Sliced Jalapenos
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions:
- Combine paprika, cumin, brown sugar, cayenne, salt, and pepper to make your taco seasoning. Toss shrimp in olive oil and seasoning blend.
- Heat up shrimp in a pan over medium heat until the outside is crisp. They are already cooked, so make sure not to over-cook them! Set aside.
- Combine yogurt, cumin, and juice from half a fresh lime. Toss cabbage slaw in yogurt sauce.
- Chop your garnishes – tomatoes, jalapenos, and any other veggie or herbs you like.
- Warm up tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat until slightly browned.
- Add your choice of toppings, and enjoy! Serve with fresh lime wedges.
