Why breaded haddock?
The haddock comes from Iceland’s North Atlantic waters, where cold, clean conditions produce fish with a naturally mild, sweet flavour and firm white flesh. That texture matters more than most people realize. It’s what holds a breadcrumb coating properly instead of turning soggy. The coating itself is light, not heavy, which means you get crunch without the grease. If you’re introducing someone to seafood, or just want a dependable protein that everyone at the table will eat without complaint, this is the one to stock.

Perfect family meal. Crispy, tasty, and easy to cook straight from the freezer. Our kids loved it. Will definitely be ordering again.
