Description
The kind of thing that disappears at a party before anyone has a chance to ask what they are. Sweet Nova Scotia scallop, smoky bacon, golden all the way around. They go from oven to table in under fifteen minutes and they look like you tried harder than you did. Keep a bag in the freezer and you’re always ready for guests, or just a Tuesday night that deserves to be better than average.

Why Bacon-Wrapped Scallops?
Same Nova Scotia and Newfoundland scallops as our plain sea scallops. Ocean Wise recommended, large 20/30 count, cold-water harvested for a naturally sweet, firm bite. The bacon wrapping isn’t just there for flavour. It insulates the scallop during cooking, which gives you a wider window to get the bacon crispy without overcooking the inside. It’s a forgiving preparation that produces a reliable result. Great seafood doesn’t always have to be complicated. Sometimes it just has to be good.
