Description
Haddock is the fish the Maritimes were built on, and this is the real thing. Wild-caught off Nova Scotia, skinless and boneless, with that clean mild flavour and tender flake that works in everything. Bake it, pan-fry it, bread it, poach it in a chowder. It doesn’t ask much of you and it never lets you down. This is the everyday fish done right.

Why Atlantic Haddock?
Atlantic Haddock has a milder, sweeter flavour and finer, flakier texture than colder-water haddock from places like the Pacific or northern Arctic regions. Atlantic haddock stays more tender and moist when cooked, with a cleaner taste that makes it ideal for everyday meals. Perfect for quick baking, frying, or poaching where you want delicate, non-fishy results.
